Data Deletion Instructions

1. Submit a Deletion Request

Email us using the details below:

Please include:

• Your Instagram or Facebook username and the platform you used.
• The account or post you interacted with, and an approximate date, if you know it.
• A statement that you would like us to delete your personal information associated with Own My Dm's.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment card information.

2. What Happens Next

We review requests manually. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to your account and to locate the relevant records.

Once verified, we will delete the associated personal information held by this application, unless retention is required by law. We will email you to confirm completion or explain any information we must retain. You can reply to your request email to ask about its status.

3. Information Covered

Depending on your interaction and the records we can associate with you, this may include:

• Your Instagram or Facebook account identifier and username.
• Stored comment text, comment identifiers, and related post identifiers.
• Associated notification payloads received from Meta and message-processing records.
• Link-click records where we can identify them as associated with you.

4. Information Held by Other Services

This process applies to information held by Own My Dm's. It does not delete your Instagram or Facebook account, or comments and messages held by Meta. Manage those directly through Instagram or Facebook.

If your request also concerns a Sprint purchase or another service we provide, mention that in your email so we can address it separately.

5. Privacy and Contact Information
