This Privacy Policy describes how PLATINUM POSITIONING, a Pennsylvania Partnership ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit or interact with our websites, programs, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"), including Own My Dm's, our Instagram and Facebook comment-to-message service.

When you interact with our connected Instagram or Facebook accounts, Own My Dm's may receive information through Meta's APIs. We may store your account identifier and username, comment text and identifiers, related post and parent-comment identifiers, notification timestamps, and notification data supplied by Meta (webhook payloads).
We also store processing records showing whether a comment was matched to a campaign, skipped, accepted for a private reply, or encountered an error. An accepted reply does not establish that you received or read the message.

Links sent by Own My Dm's may pass through a redirect on our website before opening the destination page. We record the campaign and time of a link visit and, when configured, a keyed hash of the visitor's IP address. The click-tracking table does not store the plain IP address, although hosting access logs may record it. These records help us assess link activity; they do not establish a purchase or message delivery.

Own My Dm's exchanges information with Meta to receive comment notifications and send private replies. Meta processes information under its own policies. Our hosting provider stores and processes the application's records on our behalf.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in those emails. Transactional emails related to purchases or account access may still be sent.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To request deletion of personal information held by Own My Dm's, email omarrabyrd@omarrabyrdonline.com with the subject "Own My Dm's Data Deletion Request." Include your Instagram or Facebook username and enough information to identify the interaction. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We may request limited information to verify the request. We will confirm completion or explain any information we must retain. See our Data Deletion Instructions. Deleting records from our application does not delete your account, comments, or messages held by Meta.
Stored comment records and raw webhook payloads become eligible for deletion 120 days after receipt. A daily cleanup removes eligible records on its next run, normally within 24 hours, unless a verified deletion request requires earlier removal or retention is required by law.
A minimal duplicate-prevention record may be retained beyond that period while the service remains in operation, solely to prevent another reply to the same comment. This record excludes comment text, usernames, account identifiers, and raw webhook payloads. It is limited to a keyed fingerprint of the platform and comment identifier. Deletion requests also cover this record where it can be linked to your interaction.
The 120-day period applies to comment records and raw webhook payloads, not automatically to purchase records or records held by Meta.
Our Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their policies separately.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
