Well my couple of hours turned into more than that, but I am back now to load some more pictures to the sight of Xavier.
By the way, I have yet to give my wife, Crystal Denice Byrd, her proper accolades. My wife was a consummate trooper through this whole process. Unfortunately for her, she got a full 20 – 30 minutes of the normal child-bearing experience, complete with screaming, breathing and sheer torment, before the “Doctor” decided, “Maybe we’ll just cut you open and pull the baby out that way!”
Even now, as she sits upstairs with Xavier, she is still in pain from the very intrusive procedure!
My earlier mission to find her pain prescription of codeine was fruitless. So her throbbing pain is being medicated by over the counter Tylenol. Still she just grimaces and bears it! So a round of applause for my lovely wife and all of the child-bearing women out there who tend to go under appreciated and taken for granted at times.
Well enough of that, I’ve already ranted in an earlier post. On to the pictures.
